Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We charge delivery costs according to the cost of your order including VAT.

Mainland UK
For orders under £80.00 we charge £4.95 (inc VAT)
For all orders over £80.00 delivery is free.

Rest of the UK
For all orders we charge £18.00. (inc VAT)

Most orders are delivered within 4 working days. This excludes Northern Ireland, other non-mainland locations and parts of Scotland. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
In the case of canvas we may substitute an different brand with the same specifications.

Tax Charges
For all orders VAT of 17.5% will be added. All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT.

When the order is placed at our website, you will be redirected to the PROTX website where you can enter your details for processing. This is encrypted using 128 bit security and your card details will not seen by employees of either PROTX or Budget Art Supplies.
