Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card and debit card payment only. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information over the Internet or on some occasions over the telephone.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.00 and £3.50 for all other orders.
These charges include VAT at 20%

Most orders should be delivered in 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

If an item is out of stock or is likely to take longer to deliver, we will contact you via email to let you know exactly what is going on.

Please note: If your delivery address is classified within the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, there may be an extra charge depending upon the size of the parcel. For larger and heavier items, we will have to use a Courier for which there will be an extra charge. We will contact you to confirm this extra charge before charging your credit card.

Unfortunately at present we can only deliver to addresses on the UK Mainland.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

In order to confirm that an order shipped has been lost, we must wait 5 working days from date of dispatch before resending or refunding the cost of the order, subject to the discretion of Budget Art Supplies.

Delivery Schedule
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you will be redirected to the Sage Pay website where you can enter your details for processing. This is encrypted using 128 bit security and your card details will not seen by employees of either Sage Pay or Budget Art Supplies.

Privacy Policy Budget Art Supplies do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy We deliver everything we stock direct to your door, and all products come with a 28 day guarantee.

It is your responsibility to contact Budget Art Supplies Limited by email or phone to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 7 days of receipt of them. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of Budget Art Supplies Limited if a return or exchange will be accepted.

If the item(s) are no longer required or is an unwanted gift, you should notify the Budget Art Supplies Limited within 7 days from date of dispatch. Requests to return no longer required or unwanted gifts after 7 days from date of dispatch are conditional upon circumstances.
It is your responsibility to adequately package and resend the items back to Budget Art Supplies Limited address within 28 days, These goods will be returned at your own expense.

If your order qualified for free delivery and you are returning your goods for reasons other than faults or damage, we reserve the right to deduct up to £10 from your refund to cover our delivery charges. You will be informed of this deduction before it is done.

Please include a note explaining who you are and why you are returning the order with any return. Failure to do this may result in a delay in dealing with your return.
